Equitable access to public services ensures that all individuals, regardless of background, can benefit from education, healthcare, housing, and social protection. Promoting fairness in service delivery is fundamental to achieving social justice. Equity in Public Services examines the policies and management strategies designed to reduce inequality in public sector institutions. The book discusses inclusive planning, performance evaluation, and participatory governance. It also explores how gender, race, and socioeconomic status affect access to services. Drawing on both theoretical and practical perspectives, it provides tools for administrators and policymakers committed to advancing equity in governance and social policy.
