Her areas of specialization include acquisition of books and technical processing such as classification and cataloguing, digital library services, digital information preservation, library automation, web-based information services, and library management.

She is associated with several professional associations related to Library and Information Science in India, including UPLA and ILA, as a lifetime member. Dr. Pandey has published research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals, including UGC CARE-listed journals, and has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars, conferences, and workshops.

Pankaj Mathur, PhD, is currently serving as Deputy Librarian at the Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, since 2018. He has about 23 years of experience in the field of Library and Information Services. His areas of specialization include digital library services, digital information preservation, library automation, web-based information services, library e-resources management, and library management.

He is associated with several professional associations related to Library and Information Science in India, including ILA and UPLA, as a lifetime member. Avinash Kumar Singh, PhD

Avinash Kumar Singh, PhD, is an accomplished author with a strong academic background in Library and Information Science. He holds a PhD and an MPhil in the field, both earned from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, a central university in India. Further enhancing his technical expertise, he has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA).
