Dr. Emelyn Cereno Wagan is a Professor of Foundations of Education and Human Behavior at the Graduate Studies and College of Business Management at the Laguna State Polytechnic University Los Banos, Laguna, Phillipines. She is a former Campus Director of LSPU Cabuyao Campus and Principal of Laboratory High School at Los Banos Campus. She received her B.S and MBE degrees from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila and her Ed.D. major in Elementary, Secondary and Tertiary from LSPU San Pablo, Laguna, Philippines.
